Check out the FB event for more details: https://fb.me/e/4goOeCeAW About the Choreographer: Raul Gomez is a versatile dancer and teacher in hip hop, jazz, salsa, and modern. He has taught all over the West Coast, Texas, Alaska, Mexico, and Switzerland and is a former member of both Culture Shock of San Diego and of Los Angeles. Raul currently works as an instructor for the United Spirit Association, as well as judging for USA Dance Competitions. His award-winning competition choreography can be seen on school dance teams throughout California and Washington.

She’s a Professor at Grossmont and Mesa College. MEL performs and creates work all over Southern California ranging from award-winning repertoire to corporate flash mob entertainment. MEL is currently training towards her dream of earning a qualifier spot in any international breaking competition, most notably Freestyle Session, Red Bull BCOne, or The Legits Blast. As an educator and community member, MEL uses her gifts and talents to mentor individuals to help them get jobs in their desired field, graduate community college, and develop life skills to be professionals and positive contributors in their communities.

She has taught dance technique classes in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Modern, Ballroom, Latin Dance, Musical Theater Dance, as well as Choreography, Global Modern Dance, Movement as Cultural Behavior, Dance History and Dance Appreciation. Currently she is on faculty at Mesa, Grossmont and MiraCosta College. She is the director of California Rhythm Project Tap Dance Company and also directs Nations of San Diego International Dance Festival. Nancy holds a BA in World Arts and Cultures and a MA in Dance from UCLA.

She is a founding Director of Mojalet (1991) and became the Artistic Director in 1997, presenting her work and performing in Mexico, Switzerland, London, France, and Germany, as well as the East and West Coasts. Currently, Faith is dance faculty at San Diego Mesa College and offers classes through Mojalet Dance Collective in Rancho Bernardo at "The Vine" and Arts for Learning San Diego, a Young Audiences affiliate.

She’s been an artist for more than twenty years and is trained in multiple dance styles including jazz, hip hop, ballet, African, Latin, modern and house. Angela studied at Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, WA, danced with Culture Shock San Diego Dance Troupe, and received her MFA in Interdisciplinary Arts at The California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. She has also lived, danced and taught abroad in Asia & Europe. She completed her 500hr yoga teacher training in Bali, Indonesia. Angela thoroughly enjoys sharing her passion for music, movement and community both nationally and internationally.
