Reverend Harvey L. Vaughn, III will share what motivated the leadership in his congreg...ation to help speed up solutions to homelessness. -Dr. John Castillo, Executive Director of Walking Shield, Inc, will preview a new Tribal Consortium and discuss work with San Diego County's small and micro tribes to leverage federal funds and labor to develop infrastructure that will bring clean water, stable land development, and other critical resources to local reservations. -Jason Paguio, President and CEO at the Asian Business Association San Diego, will share how culturally-competent support for small businesses can bolster 100K+ small businesses owned by people of color and transform the economy.
