CALLING ALL ANGELSWe have a young lady that was rescued. She will be beginning the Extended Foster Care program which will provide her with her own housing. EFC provides basic necessities such as furniture and pots/pans; however, this youth has NO personal belongings preparing her for independent living. We would like to show our continued support for her and help show her that she has many people that care about her (which will hopefully minimize the risk of her returning to her exploiter). This year due to Covid we canceled the annual party, but we refuse to cancel the children’s wishes! To keep the holiday spirit going let’s make sure the children get their gifts. I will share the child’s name, age and holiday wish and you can help me fulfill it. Transitional foster youth are in need of new jackets, beanies, hoodies, & sweatpants. With the weather getting colder (especially at night), warm clothing is extremely important.... The kids prefer dark colors (black/dark grey/dark blue), young men size medium/large/x-large, young women size small/medium/large. See more
