UPDATE, MARCH 11: Due to public health concerns over the potential spread of the COVID-19 virus, City College is canceling all non-essential campus events, which includes the opening and reception of Women in Light. We do not yet know when regularly scheduled campus events can resume, but our planning committee will do our best to keep everyone up-to-date via our webpage, as well as on Instagram (@womeninlight) and City Photo's Facebook page. Hello friends! If you haven't already been to one, you should consider coming out to the latest edition of Open Show this Thursday night at the Museum of Photographic Arts. A current student, our very own Bruce Stanley, will be presenting a photo book he made this past spring in our photo book class. It's beautiful work, and Bruce is an incredibly thoughtful and articulate photographer, so come support him, and the other great photographers who will also be presenting. Students are only $3! With great sadness, we share the news of the loss of a beautiful team member, Prof. Mary Wickline. Mary was a passionate and dedicated educator and kind soul. She will be dearly missed.
