I like owing my own business and being able to make decisions from something as simple as bathroom signage to be nondiscriminatory and totally inclusive. Even to the point of having a gender neutral bathroom with a baby changing table. Daddies change diapers too. Something so simple and a non-thought to so many can mean so much to the few who really need it. However, I still reserve the right to smack anyone who doesn't flush.
