As a Sensei and a Grandpa I can’t be any more excited then having Ethan throw me Ogoshi for the very first time today. I can remember when both my daughters or his Aunt Shannon and his mom Erin did the exact same thing and how proud I was of both of them. Today might be a little more exciting, sorry girls. Very proud of these three boys. Today they received their Purple Belt. Their exam consisted of all Yawara, Nage, first half of Shime and the first half of the Marcinkus advanced Nage list. Congrats Rio Thompson, Vincent Guerra and Decarlo Guerra. With Izenia Guerra and Dawn Vallin-Flores.
