Most of the time, when someone is arrested, they will be able to post bail and remain out of custody as they await their court date. However, in some situations, bail is revoked and the accused will have to remain in custody. #bail #bailbonds #scvbailbonds #SantaClaritaBailBonds
It’s the 4th of July once again, and Santa Clarita is ready to celebrate in style. Last year, during the height of the pandemic, it wasn’t safe for people to congregate in groups. But this year, thanks to the vaccine and the significantly declining rate of infection, outdoor group celebrations are once again being held in the city. Below are just a few of the celebrations going on this weekend in the SCV. #bail #bailbonds #scvbailbonds #SantaClaritaBailBonds #4thofJuly2021 #4thofJuly
The reality of bail is that it’s a simple, clear-cut process you can use to get someone out of jail. However, there are a lot of misleading myths out there about bail and the bail bond process. We’d like to take a little time to dispel 3 myths about bail bonds. #bail #bailbonds #scvbailbonds #santaclaritabailbonds
There are many reasons why bailing someone out of jail is a good idea. They can continue to show up for work, attend classes, or tend to family obligations while they await their court date. However, there are a few things that can cause someone’s bail to be revoked and land them back in custody. It all depends on the conditions set by a judge (if any) regarding release on bail. #bail #bailbonds #santaclaritabailbonds #scvbailbonds

Prop 25 would eliminate your 8th Amendment rights guaranteed by the US Constitution. Instead of being offered the opportunity to be released from custody via cash bail, you will instead be "judged" by a computer algorithm to determine whether or not you should be released from custody pending your trial. Regardless of what the algorithm says, your freedom can still be taken away by a judge, for any reason they choose. Vote NO on Prop 25 to keep your rights intact. #Bail #BailBonds #SCVBailBonds #SantaClaritaBailBonds #SB10 #Prop25 #NoonProp25
Prop 25 is on the ballot to completely do away with cash bail, and instead put a flawed algorithm to decide who can and cannot be released from custody before their trial. Should cash bail be eliminated, it will very likely lead to more incarcerations - not less. Prop 25 is not good for Los Angeles, and it's not good for California. Vote NO on Prop 25 to keep cash bail in place.

Prop 25 would eliminate the bail industry and put in its place a woefully inadequate system that includes all-powerful judges and racist computer algorithms that disproportionately target people of color. Additionally, other services bail bondsmen generally provide would need to be covered by police - which means more police, and more taxes to pay for them. Prop 25 is a referendum on a broken and inhuman system. It will allow judges absolute power to say who can and cannot ...be freed before their trial, and it will use computer programs that put people of color behind bars. Vote NO on Prop 25. #Bail #BailBonds #SCVBailBonds #SantaClaritaBailBonds #Prop25 #noonprop25
Voting NO on Prop 25 will keep racially biased algorithms from determining your friends' or loved ones' ability to be free to await trial. No more bail. Only judges with absolute power and fatally flawed algorithms. #Bail #BailBonds #SCVBailBonds #SantaClaritaBailBonds #noonprop25

CHP officers recently arrested a man they believed to be under the influence of some sort of drug. It all began when officers in the Newhall CHP station noticed a vehicle stopped in an intersection beyond the limit line. When officers arrived at the scene they initially believed the man had fallen asleep at the wheel which he did but unfortunately, it didn’t appear to be innocent sleepiness that knocked the suspect out. #Bail #BailBonds #SCVBailBonds #SantaClaritaBailBonds #SantaClaritaSheriffStation
