Happy new year everybody! Here are some pics I took during inspections at one of my current escrows in SC. I'm so excited for my clients as this one was a long time coming. I love being there for inspections as it gives me an opportunity to get beyond anything cosmetic to the bones of house, literally and figuratively. Plus my inspector is super detailed and informative so I learn from him everyday. Any day I can learn something new is a good day in my book. I'm excited t...o see what the real estate market has in store for 2021. I'm not here to speculate nor am I Nostradamus but what I will say is I will ride the wave every day, do right by my clients, make anything I can happen for them and leave no stone unturned when it comes to finding them the right property. If you know how hot the market is right now you will understand the importance of a clean offer. Keeping contingencies to a minimum (unless necessary), shortening your time periods and going all in with an offer price is crucial at this time to getting an offer accepted in a multiple bid situation. I can't stress this enough in a market where certain properties are getting 10-20 offers.
