Getting that rudiment work done!!! This is the silver lining of rehearsals in the age of Covid. We aren’t feeling the urge to try to cram music down everybody’s throat, we are developing the individuals, building them up and will come out the other and much stronger for it.

The annual meeting of music teachers, band directors, Pipe majors, lead drummers, and dance teachers

Honestly, the best advice I can give any band in the age of Covid is to adjust your goals and find new ways to get motivated. I’m extremely proud of my groups who are able to do that :-) Week after week, we find new challenges unrelated to what our goals would’ve been a year ago.
