I just finished Kira Saundra... s episode with Maanee, and I admit at first a part of me (probably an aspect of my shadow!) began to feel, 'ok this is an old topic, aren't we done with this.... the Co-dependency, Spiritual By passing, trauma boding/ trauma wounds.... and yet then, very quickly, it REALLY flowed very deeply in ways that were sophisticated, yet also understandable for the lay person I imagine. It got better and better, I really Loved it. Excellent! Also have loved Michaela's of course... looking forward at looking at some around eating disorders, and more! My episode with Max Van Praag will be aired on Tuesday, Feb 18th.... it's very vulnerable in places and offers some personal insights on how to face, navigate, own, move through. In particular we speak to the Mother Wound and how truly difficult it can be to even voice any emotional, physical, sexual abuse of a mother or mother figure. It's an AMAZING series.... lots of fantastic leaders in the field on it... Enjoy!!!
