First Father’s Day with a human child ( dad for years) and all i can think about is how insanely dedicated my father was to raise us the way he and my mom did. I don’t know if I will ever be as good of a dad as mine was to me, but I will always use Dad as my compass to do my best with Maya every day . #fathersday

Truly sad watching what is happening in India right now and also enlightening to remember how privileged many of us are. India has a population of 1.37 BILLION people, with an estimated 134 MILLION people living in extreme poverty which significantly worsened due to financial impact of 2020/2021. Keep India in your thoughts and donate what you can. Thank you to all the heroic Indian healthcare workers working around the clock day and night to take care of the sick despite the lack of resources and equipment. True Heroes are around us everyday. Don’t have to look in the sky. And Be Grateful for what you have everyday.

Wow. Perspective Shifts are so critical. How we perceive time can make us do things differently. This is an amazing way to analyze how little time we have and how to spend it wisely.

Wow. Shifts your perspective when you analyze how we spend our time based on how much is left. We all are getting into fancy ways of tracking sleep etc, but let’s not forget to track our time awake most importantly....It will go fast.
