*This position will be open August, 2021. Summary of Position: The SBT Santa Clarita Store Manager holds the responsibility of overseeing the daily operations for the center. The SM will meet regularly and report directly to the SBT Santa Clarita owners. The SM will work with the center team members to ensure superior quality products are produced within the specified customer timelines. In addition, it is the SM’s responsibility to deal quickly and effectively with customers... to retain good will in the case of customer dissatisfaction. The Store Manager works with team members to maintain efficiency in operations while creating a pleasant working environment. The SM oversees production scheduling, maintains inventory, and oversees quality control. Additionally, the SM is responsible for assisting in the preparation and follow-up on estimates, orders and customer inquiries through the use of our Point of Sale (POS) system. Duties also include Estimate follow-up, management of lingering built orders, target in-house marketing initiatives, contacting dormant accounts, Internet sales lead management, artwork generation and customer proof management. Perform production and installation of product both on and off-site. Our Store Manager will also hold responsibility of additional sales, marketing and branding initiatives as warranted and discussed with the owner/management team. * On-going coaching and support from our SBT Santa Clarita Corporate team is available and utilization of these resources is highly encouraged. Qualifications / Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Professional, upbeat, positive attitude Sharp attention to detail Keen multi-tasking abilities Self-motivated and team player Ability to continue and build professional relationships with diverse customer/prospect base Previous experience in business-to-business customer service a plus Previous sales experience a plus Knowledge of sign industry substrates, media, and products
