The ideal candidate will be able to ...provide excellent customer service in the store and on the phone. They will be able to process orders through a POS system as well as help maintain a clean and organized store. They will have the ability to open and close the store as directed using prescribed policies and procedures. They will also help our customers by pre-sewing patches on our shirts. Don’t worry, we offer sewing lessons. The South Bay Scout Shop is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 10:30am-3pm. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to work a variety of Part-time hours during this time. Scouting experience is desired, but not a requirement for the job. We are looking to have someone start at minimal hours in May but hours will pick up a bit in June and even more starting in July. Doesn’t this sound like fun? Wouldn’t you like to join our team?
