Year three completed at the track homes. Thanks to the guys for working hard. Not one call from the GC with any problems. Complete and total rhythm. Thank you to everyone that helped on this.

House prep and prime today in Loomis CA. Shellac base primer over existing stained wood.

Exterior progress. Don't normally back roll smooth siding but was painted many years ago without primer so alot of peeling and in bad shape so we sacrifice a small stipple back roll with an under coat of Peel Stop primer from @Kellymoore and we should get a good 10+ years out of this paint job even in the Sacramento sun. Home owner will have a nice Memorial day and 4th of July BBQ this year. Finish photos tomorrow.
