Pretty interesting data from one of my most thoughtful and reflective colleagues. Over the years, often despite our best efforts, we’ve all done it wrong with many athletes. This is a great look into one of the key reasons. Athletes, are you doing it right? Parents, is your student-athlete coming home crushed every day? Food for thought.
