UPDATE: THE DOG IS NOW SAFE WITH SOMEONE AND I BELIEVE WILL BE GOING TO A RESCUE!! This dog is laying by brick wall by mobile home park near Mckinely and Marks. Never seen it in this area. If anyone can help it it’s shaking cause it’s cold, it’s like waiting for someone.
