Which oil are you cooking with? Did you know olive oil cooked at medium heat and higher oxidizes and actually becomes bad for you?!? When pan cooking something I choose grass fed butter, coconut oil, grass fed ghee, avocado oil, organic safflower or organic canola oil. Remember all of these are saturated fats, so use sparingly, and try to bake food instead of pan fry when you can.
