Our amazing Sous Chef, Maryam Ahmadimotlagh, has been with us since day one! She grew up in Iran and obtained a certificate in Patina when she attended University. After moving to America in 2012, she attended Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena. Maryam started her culinary career at The Peninsula in Beverly Hills, and was involved in opening multiple SBE restaurants. She is now an integral part of the Santuari family, making sure every dish that hits the table absolute perfection. She aslo never forgets a staff members' birthday and treats everyone like they're part of her family.
