SEEKING DONATIONS FOR WINE AUCTION With the Covid-19 pandemic causing the cancellation of our largest fundraisers (Battle of the Brews beer tasting event and Red White & Boom and Windsor Kaboom fireworks shows), Active 20-30 of Santa Rosa #50 is producing a brand new event to continue fundraising for disadvantaged youth in the Sonoma County community. Wine Country SIP is an online wine auction that takes place through the Black Friday and Cyber Monday shopping holidays, Novem...ber 27 - December 1, 2020. We regret to inform you that Santa Rosa’s Red, White and Boom Fireworks Show and Independence Day Celebration, typically held every 4th of July at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds, has been cancelled this year based on the Sonoma County Health Officer's recommendation. Despite our disappointment in not being able to continue this family-friendly summer tradition this year, we look forward to the day when we can safely come together again in group settings to have fun and celebrate our nation’s independence among friends, neighbors and fellow citizens. Assuming it is safe to do so, it is our hope to be able to deliver for Santa Rosans by bringing Red, White and Boom back to Santa Rosa next summer.

Don't forget your blankets! Due to a planned Fairgrounds construction project, combined with the late rains this year, the grass lawn used as a seating area for Red White & Boom is very worn with dirt exposed. We encourage attendees to bring blankets or similar for your use. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the construction. The Fairgrounds staff have assured us we will have a grass lawn again next year.
