Mark your calendars coming soon to your favorite backyard stage The Familiar Strangers and The Liberty Lounge will be in concert on Saturday July 24, 4-6:30p...m to benefit the Santa Rosa Arts Center. The Familiar Strangers features Kevin Russell guitar and vocals, Candy Girard fiddle and vocals and Tim Sarter bass and vocals. The Liberty Lounge with Glenn Siegel guitar and vocals, Larry Weissenborn bass and vocals and Jack Springett drums. SRAC is at 312 South A Street, Santa Rosa. SRAC is an arts and cultural organization offering exhibits for local artists, art classes, dance and music performances. The two bands will be playing on the outdoor stage in the SRAC backyard in Art Alley. The event is free but we will be passing the hat and donations will be greatly appreciated. The Liberty Lounge is an ambrosia of the sweet & savory with upbeat feel good jammy originals with a blend of choice, deep cut covers from a panoply of classic musical heroes.
