In early April, the Mobility Division upgraded the section of Broadway from 16th to 20th St to a protected bike lane as part of the City’s goal of building a protected network to increase the number of people who use bicycles for everyday transportation. The new design uses parked cars to separate bike and auto traffic enhancing safety and comfort for riders of all ages and abilities.
