The SMC Campus Store will be doing textbook Buyback and Rental return on Monday, August 17th, 2020 and Tuesday, August 18th, 2020 from 8am-3pm only. Our Buyback and Rental return will be at SSC (Student Service Center building) Circular located North West off Pico Street. If you missed our Rental return days, please contact Nebraska Book company to arrange the shipping of the Textbook Rental by calling 855-558-2759 (Please let them know your name and the name of our institution)

The SMC Campus Store will be conducting a server update on Thursday, July 30th . While our server is being updated, we will not be able to process online orders. Any online orders placed on Wednesday, July 29th after 12 noon through August, 2nd will be processed on Monday, August 3rd

The SMC Campus Store will be closed until Monday June 29, 2020. On June 23, an employee reported to work with possible symptoms of COVID-19. The employee was sent home and instructed to be tested for COVID-19. Out of an abundance of caution the Campus Store has been closed pending the test results. SMC will be performing a thorough cleaning of the Campus Store as well as investigating whether anyone was potentially exposed to the virus. We will provide updates as soon as we have more information

Rental Return And Buyback During COVID-19 Due to the impact of Covid-19, we are operating to ensure the health and safety of our staff and students. The Rental Returns will be June 15th, 2020 and June 16th, 2020 from 8am-3pm. We have provided social distancing methods for you to return your rentals: OPTION 1: SHIP YOUR RENTAL RETURNS... You may ship back your rental(s) to the Campus Store, which must arrive by June 15th , 2020. To return a textbook rented from the SMC Campus Store before the above deadline, please ship it to: Santa Monica College Campus Store 1914 14ths Street Santa Monica, CA 90404 We recommend using a trackable shipping method such as UPS or FedEx. Please do not use US Postal Service Media Mail. US Postal services does not delivers to our warehouse. OPTION 2: DROP-OFF YOUR RENTAL RETURNS & BUYBACK Beginning June 15th , 2020, you may drop off your rental(s) & buyback at our drive-through drop-off or walk up station . Visit us at SSC (student Service Center building) Circular located North West off Pico Street Buyback will be also be at this location. Rental Buyout - if you would like to keep your rental by paying the difference from the purchase price, please call Nebraska Book Company at 855-558-2759 by or before June 30th, 2020.
