ATTENTION GUESTS: COVID-19 UPDATE (As of 6/01/2020) We are currently closed to campers. We are only allowed to accommodate essential workers as this time. If you are contacting our office to make a NEW reservation please be aware we are only accepting new reservations arriving AFTER the Labor Day holiday, September 7th, 2020. The Santa Cruz County shelter in place order has been extended. We are currently working on cancelling all reservations through June 14th. Hi everyone! New update: (as of 5/18/20) We are only accepting new reservations for guests that want to arrive AFTER September 6th, 2020. We are already very booked for our summer months (June, July, and August). We are doing this in case we are given an occupancy limit whenever we are allowed to re-open to the public. We will post another update if this changes. ... We appreciate your understanding and support during this uncertain time. Our office is open from 8:30am - 1:00pm everyday to make future reservations or to answer any questions. (831) 335-8312

UPDATE: (As of 5/01/2020) Due to the extension of the Shelter In Place Order for Santa Cruz County, we will be reaching out to all of our guests with reservations from now through May 31st to cancel your reservations. **UPDATE: ALL SITES ARE RESERVED. Thank you everyone! ** Hi everyone! We had a large RV Club cancel for this upcoming weekend and we now have several sites available. We wanted to give those we had turned away a chance to call in and reserve in case you were still interested. We thought this might be the easiest way. The following sites are available for 9/18 & 9/19: (2 Night Minimum)... -All sites are reserved- *Refer to map on our website* Call to BOOK (831) 335-8312 We are in the office 9am - 5pm Thank you! (We will try and take off sites as they get booked to keep you all posted )

Update: Monday, August 31st, 2020 First and foremost, we are safe and the park is safe from the fires. Thank you to the firefighters and first responders. We are eternally grateful for your service to our community. Today is our first day back in the office and currently staff is limited.... Please read the following: We appreciate your patience during this time. We have over 300 guests to contact regarding refunds/credits. Please allow us time to reach out to these guests. We are issuing refunds to anyone who opts for a refund and we are issuing credits for future use to anyone who opts for a credit for future use. Whichever you prefer, we will accommodate. If you had a reservation with us anywhere from August 19th - September 3rd we will be contacting you by phone or email. Please allow us time to contact you. Until we are caught up with this process we will not be making any NEW reservations. *SCRRV will OPEN to the public on Friday, September 4th, 2020* For guests with reservations for this upcoming weekend (Labor Day Weekend), we understand this is short notice and we will waive cancellation fees for those who still want to cancel. But, we will be opening this Friday, September 4th, 2020. With that being said, ALL reservations from September 7th and going forward are valid and should refer to our typical cancellation policy. Thank you all for your continued support and kind messages throughout these last couple of weeks. We are incredibly grateful to be back at Santa Cruz Redwoods RV Resort.

Update: 8/23/2020 (Sunday) Thank you to everyone for your thoughts and prayers. The staff of Santa Cruz Redwoods RV Resort have all evacuated safely as of last Thursday (8/20/20). Felton and the Santa Cruz Mountains are still under evacuation orders and we currently do not know how long we will be displaced. To those who have emailed or messaged regarding cancellations and refunds, we are unable to process those remotely. We have every intention of following up with all gues...ts who had reservations or who have future reservations whenever we are able to do so. All we can ask for is your patience during this time. We are CLOSED until further notice. Please continue to pray for our community. Our utmost respect and love to the firefighters fighting for our community. Thank you for all that you do. We love you.
