Call for Volunteers: Black Lives Matter Mural Santa Cruz is the very first city in the U.S. to work with City government not only to approve a Black Lives Matter (BLM) mural, but also to build a sustainable plan surrounding this public art that includes continued annual Juneteenth events, community involvement, and ongoing mural maintenance.
