Yeah friends I’ve noticed I’ve never introduced myself properly. I’m Jay and I build amazing decks. I’ve had many nicknames most notably Jay Bird followed by crazy jay hippy jay and jay brah now you know my name here’s is little about me and my life. I am 43 a pilot, a musician, a surfer, and I’m married to my beautiful wife Samantha and I have three children. Samantha is my rock, my ground, and the center of my life. Little known fact I call her my life instead... of my wife. I have been building stuff since I was a young boy. I had my first landscape business when I was 10 I would walk ahead and secure leaf raking jobs and then fall back and help my brother do the work. By the time I was 12 I was making $100-$500 a week depending on the time of the year. I started @dreamhomelandscaping in 1999 and it still runs strong till this day. After it becoming more and more difficult to obtain permits I obtained my general B contractors licenses and opened up @arroyograndedeckfence With in a year we became Trex platinum pros which is not an easy task to do. We took account of our ability to succeed in the market so we decided to expand to Santa Barbara and open up @santabarbaradeckfence We continue to push the limits of what decks can become.
