ENERGY UPDATE - First Week of December Lately, I've been sorting through the intensity of the energetic climate. I feel it primarily in my nervous system a...nd muscular system. A massive massive massive collective purging of FEAR and ANGER. Have you been feeling it too? There is a ramping up of emotion. A feeling of being squeezed out of our very last comfort zone. Most of this is positive- growing pains, and yet, uncomfortable AF. The psychic body also very energized. This can cause you to be sifting a lot of mental information that is not necessarily yours, and this can feel like confusion and like being a bit of an air head. So many ideas, so little direction. It reminds me of my first tumultuous years of awakening, when everything was moving so fast in free fall the only thing I could do was point my toes, and dive! So. If right now you are in free fall, go ahead and...DIVE! The further down the path you travel, the more you learn the nature of the terrain. At first, it is a threat. Later on, it is a great big cosmic joke. If you seek to identify with the non-dual state, something amazing happens. You observe and feel at the very same time. Neutrality does not equal numbness... In this space of purging and purification, sit deeply within the heart. The heart is the only thing that can take it all, and dissolve it harmlessly. If you can, get still and enter into the divine through your heart portal. Give it all over to God. If you can, catch yourself in your fearful thinking, and make a simple inquiry: WHAT IS UNDERNEATH THIS? If the answer is "nothing".... laugh! Gotcha! If the answer is "some unprocessed situation from the past or another lifetime" - great! Thank your consciousness for giving you the information and perform your favorite process. We are here, now, to celebrate the movements through these densities. You can experience it AND keep your awareness of your timeless eternal loving nature. You can feel unsafe, AND so entirely safe that you are safe to feel unsafe. I love to remind myself that if I am feeling any kinda way, that means that I am most certainly in a safe place Your emotions and thoughts are yours to discern, question, master, and ultimately just love and accept.
