We currently have funding opportunities for new investors looking to diversify or increase their income investment yields. Our goal to our investor group is to provide consistent passive income from quality loan investments with preservation of capital.... In 2018, our private Trust Deed Investors earned on average 7.6%, and Investors in the Santa Barbara Commercial Fund earned on average 8.27% in interest income on their principal investments.
