Check out the latest post on blog written by our wonderful clinician, Verna. She writes about feeling gratitude in the New Year. "As we ring in a new year many people think about new year’s resolutions. I used to do resolutions until a few years ago. I never really stuck to my resolutions for very long (mainly because they were big and kind of scary). So now instead of a new year’s resolution I tend to focus on gratitude. Gratitude, for me, is giving time and energy to recognize the things, large and small, that I am grateful for." In our latest blog, one of our wonderful clinicians, Verna (she/her) wrote about her history with Dia de los Muertos and her path to celebrating it with her family. "I did not personally celebrate Dia de los Muertos (DDLM) until several years ago. Sure I had heard about it before this time, but I did not really know what it was all about. Before learning more about DDLM I felt like this was a day that other people celebrated; that it was not for me."
