Heat Cramps = Intense muscle pain and spasms. Normal body temp. 2. Heat Syncope = light -headedness, pale and sweaty skin, decreased HR. Feel like passing out. Rapid recovery! Normal body temp. 3. Heat Exhaustion = Difficulty continuing exercise. Body temp 101 - 104. No seizures or confusion! Fast HR, Low BP, dehydration, light - headed, profuse sweating, headache, abdominal and muscle cramps, nausea and vomit, diarrhea 4. Heat Stroke = Organ damage! Kidney and liver injury.
