Heartfelt thanks for a fabulous first weekend of fun from 60 artisan families and hundreds of actors who travelled from as far as Washington and Utah and Bakersfield to be a part of San Jose Renaisance Faire & Fantasy Faire, for just this weekend. We love to share our arts and crafts with you and yours, our livelihoods and passions. The Holy Grill bought a new truck over the weekend and is here all the way from WASHINGTON with their delicious turkey legs and I'll be announcing winners of the Turkey Leg Contest shortly. To our attendees, crew, performers, and exhibitors of the San Jose Renaissance and Fantasy Faire, It is with great sadness that we must announce that the 2020 San Jose Renaissance and Fantasy Faire has been canceled and postponed to next year due to the health risk. It just isn’t prudent to move forward with business as usual, especially in our line of work where we need to be front and center in front of the masses. COVID-19 has impacted cities and businesses across America ...in many ways financially, socially, and more. We plan to make the 2021 event more successful and even more popular than ever. It is our intent to return to San Jose on the regular dates in August of 2021. At this time we are still hopeful for things to clear enough for Folsom to continue as planned. We will be opening the registration for Folsom this Fall on www.renregister.com. We miss all of you and hope to see you all very soon.
