Fact: Real Christmas trees can be recycled. Many trash haulers collect trees for two weeks after Christmas. These trees are then shredded to produced mulch. Check with your city’s website to see if your city is participating in a tree recycling program.

Too often, unused prescription drugs find their way into the wrong hands or down the toilet where the environment may be impacted. We were happy to see that thousands of people from across the country turn in - safely and anonymously - a record amount of prescription drugs.
