Just spent most of the weekend going over the website, (www.sandshomebuyers.com) to get it up and running. Will be putting up my bandit signs today or tomorrow and then hopefully the phone will start ringing with leads. I will be checking the MLS later today for any new listings. Ok, for 1 more try to get this business up and running. I have been working on my website: www.sandshomebuyers.com through Go Daddy, trying to get the site working now. I took and passed the Real Estate Salesperson exam and now will be getting my license. Also, I am just about finished setting up my blog. This is the first time I have ever set up a blog and hopefully it will go well.
