Where are ALL my coffee lovers at?!? This was sooooo FUN and extremely easy to make I first started drinking coffee my freshman year of college but I was drinking those sugary Frappuccinos everyday which quickly resulted in the freshman 15 now I just drink black coffee but this is a new fave when I need a little extra something and I barely put any honey in mine. Calling it my Whipped coffee delight 1-2 Tbsp instant coffee... 3-4 Tbsp boiling hot water 1 Tbsp or less maple syrup or honey 1 cup coconut milk Instant coffee, honey are poured in first. Followed by the boiling water and you immediately start the mixer. This refreshing slaw is #lowcarb #lowcalorie and jam packed with vitamins, minerals and fiber Not to mention it’s super colorful and delicious!! I pulled out my old cheese grater for this one. Shred 2 cups of yellow squash and zucchini up and add in 2 cups diced tomatoes, 3/4 cup chopped cilantro and 1/2 cup chopped onions. Starting this NEW week off NOT only with a #killerworkout but what I think to be even more important is starting it off with a THANKFUL heart and attitude. I feel like the possibilities are endless the more thankful, joyful and positive I am instead of letting negativity, worry or fear rob me of my day which usually causes me to overreact and that’s never productive or positive... Our typical #breakfast . Well WE both eat #eggs First I feel like I should mention that I do drink my #lemonwater black coffee and #celeryjuice all before eating. Then with my 2 over easy eggs I eat 1/2 cups soaked #chiaseeds , 1/4 cup soaked #flaxseeds , a slice of my #lowcarb - almond flour lemon bread (a previous post) and 1/4 cup berries. John has his 2 eggs with my almond flour-almond yogurt bagel recipe (previous recipe post as well) and ...then his #nicecream which consists of 1 cup spinach, 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1 frozen banana, 1 cup frozen pineapple - topped with unsweetened toasted coconut and raw pumpkin seeds. This is typically what I eat, if I’m out of lemon bread then whatever low carb recipe I’ve made is what I add to top my #soakedchiaseeds ; like my coconut ball recipe, blondie bar low carb treat or if I don’t have anything made up then I take a 1/4 cup or so of Johns nice cream and put it on top of my seeds John’s flavor of #nicecream changes daily as sometimes it’s all berries and bananas, sometimes it’s oranges and mangoes... We eat this type of meal though pretty much day in and day out And love it Do you #LOVE breakfast as much as we do??
