What is one thing you learned or practiced more in the last servral months? For me: One thing I practiced is noticing how thoughts and feelings shift moment to moment. Practicing placing my thoughts and energy where it feels easy and pleasant is a constant ever changing practice. It updates and upgrades our physiology. Sharing this experience with others is even more powerful. We are meant to live, laugh, and cry with each other. Support each other in our communities. Family, local and universal. Daily dose of joy in the yard. This Christmas cactus is so happy. As 2020 comes to an end, I'm feeling grateful. This past year, obviously, is like no other we've experienced. . I came across this line in an old journal, "Everyone deserves to be happy. With themselves, with others, with nothing. "... . This line resonates deeply within me. 2020 invited taking on myself, others, and nothingness. Images and emotions guide our every experience. We're constantly remembering and forgetting this process. The key is to remember what we've quickly forgotten. Thank you 2020 for allowing me the time to remember, practice, and create as we are designed to. . I'm ending this year clear and light. 3 times a charm. . After today, 12/5, the salon will be closed for a few weeks for the "safer at home" order. . During this time I'm continuing with hypnotherapy.
