We have a wonderful cast of young and adult actresses. So thrilled to get this original Robin Wallace play closer to the stage. It is historic, sweet and touching. A perfect holiday production.

Local playwright Robin Wallace has written an all-female play entitled, Sonja Weissman and the Miracle Play. This historical piece takes place in 1946 in a Canadian boarding school and is loosely based on Wallace’s life. Dinah Smith, who recently directed Wallace’s play about Josiah Royce, Beyond Our Mountains, will direct this holiday-themed production which will be performed at the Off- Center Stage at Center for the Arts in Grass Valley from December 5 through Decembe...r 22nd. Roles are available for both young (8-18 years) and adult (30+) women. Auditions are at the Off-Center stage at the Center for the Arts in Grass Valley on Saturday, September 7th at 11-2 PM and Monday, September 9th from 6 9 PM. Call-backs will take place on Saturday September 14th from 11-2 PM. Resume and headshot or photo is required.
