Cable rotation to strengthen obliques. Grab the cable system with your far hand so you pull across your body with your abs and posterior shoulder. Do not push with the back hand. Stability Ball Planks, Rollout Clockwise Counterclockwise Circles & Lateral Glides Start off with a plank on the stability ball. Anchor right under your wrist bones. Draw in your belly and tuck in your hips. Reach hands forward to roll the ball to the point where you can maintain the movement and draw the ball back in. A progression to move to next is clockwise and counter-clockwise circles. Using your arms, draw a big circle going one way, then reverse it to go the other way.... The last progression are lateral glides. Move your arms side to side with from right to left.
