They wanted to ship it out for repairs and overcharge me. Computer Help was much more informed and repaired nay laptop within 24 hours.

These guys did a very quick and very thorough job on testing all my parts and helping me get the money back for my broken parts. They really care about the customer and are very knowledgeable. The geniuses at Apple could not fix it, and told me it was history. They sold me a new mini, and I put the old one the the shed. This year I realize that I needed some files that were not backed up to the cloud. I took it to San Diego Computer Help. Not only did they retrieve the file, but also fixed my old mini t...hat the geniuses at Apple couldn’t. They called me twice the next day after I dropped it off, and kept me updated. Even had someone on staff (Alex - Very knowledgeable dude) that was fluent in Russian and asked if I would like a full explanation of what was going on with the rig in my native tongue. Would highly recommend coming here first if you have a problem. They have won my trust and will always be the go to for any computer problems in the future.
