How it Works Anyone can nominate someone in their life who has gone above and beyond to help others these could be family members, friends, co-workers, teaches, janitors, coaches or even simply a good man. Eligibility Requirements: ... 1. Nominee must be at least 21 years old. 2. Nominee must be a resident, employee or volunteer in the city of San Bernardino or Highland for at least 18 months. 3.
