We cannot praise Glen enough on what a fantastic job he did selling my mom's house. The thought of selling the family house my mom had lived in since 1974 was s...tressful and daunting for her. Glen was amazing. Not only did he do a fantastic job updating and staging the home, but we were able to move my mom out with the belongings she wanted to keep, and left everything she didn't want for Glen to take care of. We didn't want to deal with estate sales, eBay and all that. My mom also didn't want to be there, during Covid, while buyers walked in and out of her home, or while work was being done. We just wanted things to be easy. He took care of everything, was reassuring, and always communicated updates to us. My mom was able to sign all documents electronically from her new home out of town. As an added bonus, Glen was able to front the money for the new flooring, paint, and updated kitchen and bathroom. It was a very reasonable cost, and my mom's house set a record for the area! Selling a house you have lived in for decades can be emotional, and Glen's reassurance and confidence gave my mom the peace of mind she really needed. See more
