That’s right: San Francisco voters can return their ballots to the Noe Valley Branch Library! Here is the link giving locations and hours for all official ballot drop-off stations in San Francisco: https://sfelections.sfgov.org/official-ballot-drop-stations Official ballot drop-off stations are clearly recognizable, staffed with Elections personnel wearing red vests, and, importantly, ensure security of ballots returned by voters.
