Join us for our monthly cocker meet-up/doggie playdate NEXT SAT (July 10th) at 1 pm at Nobel Off Leash Dog Park. 8820 Judicial Dr, San Diego, CA 92122. Normally we meet the first Sat of the month but because of the holiday this weekend we decided to put it off a week so more people were hopefully free. We meet and mingle for a couple hours and let the dogs chase each other around. Foster dogs, dog adopted from us or any spaniels are welcome!

Sophie needs a temporary place to stay. Her mom Donna adopted her from SDSR last year and unfortunately she needs to have surgery (her mom, not Sophie). She lives in Mission Viejo and is looking for someone to dog-sit Sophie in their home for about a week. She has not been able to find a suitable dog-sitter on Rover, etc. She needs to drop Sophie off the evening of July 6th. Sophie gets along with other dogs and is up-to-date on her vaccinations. If anyone in the South OC area can help Donna out, please contact her directly at 949 422-3789. Thanks!

We have an adopter in Fullerton, CA who is in urgent need of a dog walker to come and let her dog out for a break during the work week. The person she had arranged it with just cancelled on her with no warning. Her cocker is about 20lbs, easy-going and older and really just needs a short walk as a potty break during the work days, maybe a few ear scratches and a treat when he gets home. The adopter is on a very tight budget of $5 per day but if anyone could help with recommendations or suggestions, please let us know. Either below or PM us for more info.

Remington is trying out a new home and he thinks it is going well. He's working on his best charmer routine when he is not rearranging the pillows on the sofa. Paws crossed for Remington!

Chloe, in the center, finalized the adoption of her new family at the meet-up yesterday. She has two cocker "siblings", Winston on the left (another SDSR alum) and Lady on the right. And a mom and dad (Karen and Bud) to dote on all three of them. Congrats Chloe!

Chloe's foster family have decided they just can't give this little cutie up. And Chloe thinks her foster mom and dad and their two cockers are pretty cool too. So it looks like she has found her forever home. Congrats Chloe!

Logan has been looking at all the applications we have gotten for him and he has picked out a family to meet later in the week. He will let us know how it goes. And now he is going back to his nap.
