Looking for a sugar artist to be a part of a three person team for a food art competition tv show. This will be on a major streaming network in January 2021. Carving for competition... The American Culinary Federation Culinary Bowl. Trying so hard to get back on the horse after being out sick since July. Last minute shocker...The set up time has been shortened to 90 minutes!!!... (instead of the usual 3hrs) ...aghhhhh!!! See more

Tonight I participated in a wonderful fundraiser for San Diego Youth Services. They raised well over $100,000. It was so awesome to hear two girls that received help from San Diego Youth Sevices tell their stories of how they were able to turn their lives around after growing up in abusive foster care homes, pregnant at 15 and on the streets, drugs, prison, just the most horrible life you could imagine. San Diego Youth Services helped them turn it all around...they help so many homeless kids, it’s really is something:)
I never know where fruit carving and chocolate will take me... Tonight Chocolate and fruit for the Padre’s wives pre game Fantasy draft party:) So much fun!

Bacterial pneumonia... Very scary. Hard to breathe. On serious meds. Business closed for two months.
Carved cheese (gouda) to accent a large charcuterie spread My first crack at it... (caterer client request). I think next time I’ll carve it in a curve over the top...hmmm

Carving away for this weekends event in LA! So excited to be presenting an eagle carving:) Clients seem to favor the double swans and the peacock, but the eagle is dramatic and unusual, super fun for me! Right now I’m working on all of the root vegetable flowers that will surround the eagle and the other carved melons in this 5’ centerpiece..... Sooooo much work to do!
