Our southern coast continues to burn - please do not come here unless you live here. Our evacuation routes must be kept clear! Beaches are all closed. Half Moon Bay is now an evacuation center for many of the displaced residents of Loma Mar, Pescadero, La Honda, San Gregorio, and other southern towns. It’s difficult to discourage weekend guests when our small businesses are suffering, but we have limited access points in and out, and it’s essential that our roadways be clear.... Please support your favorite small business by purchasing gift cards and shopping online if possible. We must all help and support our neighbors to the south. We are open and serving Coastsiders, and hope you can enjoy a break from the stress by enjoying a meal overlooking the ocean. Or grab some chowder to go to feed those hungry homeschoolers.
