Known for his love of working in different musical contexts, Peter Erskine has been the backbone behind Weather Report, Steely Dan, Joni Mitchell, Diana Krall, The Brecker Brothers, Pat Metheny and so many others. A two-time GRAMMY-winner and recipient of an honorary doctorate degree from the Berklee College of Music, Erskine has appeared on over 700 albums and film scores to date. He is the author of several books as well as educational apps, and has run his own record label... for the past two decades. Erskine will be playing along to pre-recorded tracks that feature John Beasley on piano, Ben Williams on bass, and 1st place winner of the 2019 Michael Brecker International Saxophone Competition, Alex Hahn.
