First cook of this amazingly marbled beef! The fingers are the meat from the rib bones! Instead of beef ribs, they skipped the bones when they raised this cow! He was a bit wobbly but I’ll bet he’s good to eat!! Bathed in rosemary olive oil and Worcestershire, sprinkled w Holy gospel and steak seasoning! Smoke on 180 until tender and delicious!!
