Salton Sea Beach

I'll wait and see how this helps the Salton Sea, as we've had funds before and nothing has been done around or on the Salton Sea. OK a few small project for the millions wasted so far. How will this help the communities near the Salton Sea? I know it's helping some Salton Sea action groups get large grants, again doing nothing for the people that have lived for years near the Salton Sea!! No improvements at the Salton Sea yet, but the extra toxic dust blowing around is sickening.

Why didn't IID help the famers get ready like they said they would? Why did the state of California wait so long to address this problem they've known about for years? How much money has already been wasted? Still so many questions, and still no good answers.

I'm not sure this is going to help anyone. It's like their managing a Hugh mess and not fixing the Salton Sea. Another good way to spend money and never fix anything. I bet they just close the area to the public because it's not safe to breath out there any longer.
