Reminder that entries close TODAY for the 1/31-2/2/2020 at Thorson's. If you haven't sent them in, do it now! We are now happy to announce that we will be offering Intro classes at this show on Saturday and Sunday for any registered and eligible dog. Dogs must be at least 14 months of age to compete in Intro classes in Standard, Jumpers, Snooker and Gamblers. Intro classes will be run on the Starters course (and with the Starters dogs). The rules for Intro are slightly si...mpler than those for Starters (you can actually omit an obstacle in Intro and still Q). With that said, we are extending the closing date for INTRO DOGS ONLY until Wednesday. If you are already entered with your seasoned dog but you want to enter your younger baby dog, you can still do so. Please email our trial secretary, Tracy Duncan at [email protected] . We will ONLY be accepting email entries for Intro dogs due to the later closing. Your dog MUST be registered with USDAA to run. It also MUST be at least 14 months of age and CANNOT have earned any title in any USDAA program (Championship, Performance or Veterans). Please fill out the existing premium (which currently does NOT list Intro classes), and indicate what height you want to jump (Intro dogs can jump ANY height) and which Starters classes you want to enter and on which days (Standard, Jumpers, Snooker or Gamblers ONLY). Please note on the premium in some obvious way that you are entering Intro. If you have any questions about things please email or PM Roger Ly ([email protected]) first and he will walk you through things. This is a great opportunity to get your younger dogs some exposure to the trial environment if they are ready. Looking forward to seeing you in a couple of weeks!

Happy New Year. We just finished an amazing trial. The planning for next year begins. Our trial dates will be December 31 - set up and run a couple classes to ring in the new year then start the trial a little later on Jan 1 and run through Monday. Let us know what you'd like to see next year!

Join us at Thorson's 1/31-2/2 for another fun USDAA event. We'll have some great judges: Peggy Hammond, Ken Boyd and Rebecca Hill. DAM/PVP on Friday with a nicer, later start (around 11 or 12 depending on entries). Regular titling and tournaments on Saturday and Sunday. Plus hot lunches for all workers! Entries close 1/17! Save the DATE!!! SMART will be celebrating New Years with a 3 day agility event December 30-January 1!!! Come join us at Thorsons Arena in Morgan Hill for 3 days of fun. Team, Bar None, extra classes allowing toys in the ring, GP, Steeple, and all the regular classes. Start out 2017 running your dogs in Agility! Late Start on Sunday for those that stay up late. Special dinner with everyone New Years Eve (done by 7:30). New La Quinta in Morgan Hill!!!! RV Camping with no hookups.
