By order the Governor of California, churches are again closed to indoor/in-person worship. However, we invite you to continue joining us online this Sunday for the Divine Liturgy beginning at 10 AM through our livestream on YouTube. To find us, simply search for Saint Katherine Elk Grove, on any YouTube device. Our prayer is that God puts an end to this coronavirus epidemic soon.
Today was the first time we attempted live video streaming at the same time as having congregants present at church. Logistics meant that we needed the small candles to be on a separate camera from the service. Our plan was to have a picture in picture of your candles being remotely lit. Unfortunately, the computer we currently have couldn't handle two video feeds simultaneously. So, here's a picture of some of your candles being lit. We will continue the remote candle lighting, however, the small candles will not be on camera until our new computer arrives. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Great news! Per state and local health guidance, we can again worship in-person starting on Sunday, June 14th! Since we will need to restrict seating to observe physical distancing, *reservations* will be needed. We ask parishioners who want to attend to call *916-292-8770* (NOT the general office or Father Dino’s cell number) beginning this Thursday through Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM to make a reservation. Due to social distance requirements, only about 32 people can atten...d liturgy in person, up to 75 people if entire households attend. This does not include ushers or Parish Council members. Reservations are only by phone and it will be first come, first served. When you leave a message, please leave your name, phone number, and the number of household members planning to attend or those driving in together. We will keep your names on file for contact tracing. For more information visit: http://saintkatherine.org/reservations.php. Parishioners attending are expected to wear a mask, practice social distancing, saying hello from afar and have a temperature check.
