Dear St. Columba Parish Family: Since Fresno County has moved from purple to red, we will back to worshipping indoors on Sunday, October 4. We will have two services, at 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. Masks are required at all times while indoors. We will be limited to 50 people at each service, but overflow seating will be available in the Parish Hall. Also, we will still be recording the 8:00 service for those who are at risk or are not quite ready to come back. Bible study will take ...place at 9:00 a.m. We look forward to seeing you on Sunday. Dear St. Columba Parish Family: Many of you have seen the news about the wildfires that are ravaging our state. Many people have been displaced from their homes, and there are many firefighters who have left their homes to come here to help combat the blazes. In order to help both the people who have been displaced and the firefighters who are here to help, we are collecting gift cards. The gift cards should be $25 gift cards from either Walmart, Target, or gas companies. Th...ese cards can be purchased in most stores. We will be collecting the cards this week in the Church office, so feel free to drop them by. If we are not in the office, you can drop them in the mail slot. Dear St. Columba Parish Family: As some of you may be aware, because of the smoke from the continuing fires around us, Accuweather and ABC30 are predicting another weekend with Air Quality Indices (AQI) in the Very Unhealthy level. In order to safeguard the health of the congregation, as well as the health of your clergy, we will not be holding in-person outdoor worship this Sunday on the patio. We will be recording our service and posting it online for everyone to view fro...m the safety of their own homes. There will also be no drive-through communion.
