The Edwin M Lee apartments is nearing completion. The SSDP team joined LMS, the Ownership and Creativity Explored of San Francisco to choose artwork for the development.

The Warriors bring basketball to West Side Courts. Last year SSDP, Nibbi Brothers Construction, Related and Tabernacle Community Development Corporation complete the rehabilitation of 136 affordable family units at WestSide Courts. Now, a year later, the Golden State Warriors Community Foundation and PepsiCo gifted the development with a state of the art basketball court for residents to enjoy. Thank you to the Warriors and Pepsico for this wonderful gift!

On February 22nd Westside Courts celebrated its grand opening in San Francisco as a newly renovated affordable housing that dated from 1943. Mayor London Breed spoke and swore in the new Resident Council. Bill Witte of Related and Dr McCray of Tabernacle CDC also spoke to celebrate the opening.
